Warranty Policy

All production knives are covered by a 14-day limited warranty beginning on the day the customer receives the knife.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials
  
• Defects in craftsmanship
  

If a flaw is determined to be the result of materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the knife at our discretion.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or abuse
  
• improper maintenance
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
• Corrosion, rust, or neglect
  
• Disassembly, modifications, or attempted repairs
  
• Damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose
  

Knives are cutting tools. Use them responsibly and within their intended function.

Any modification or attempted repair by anyone other than us voids this warranty.

All warranty claims require the knife to be returned for inspection. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims after inspecting the knife in person.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window beginning the day your knife is delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The knife must be in new, unused condition
  
• The knife must include all original packaging and materials
  
• The knife must show no signs of carry, cutting, sharpening, disassembly, or modification
  

All returned knives are inspected before a refund is issued.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee covers non-refundable costs incurred during the sale, including payment processing fees and taxes.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

Many of our knives are produced in limited runs or made-to-order with extended lead times.

• Lead times may range from 4–6 months unless otherwise specified.
  
• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable unless production is canceled.
  
• Replacement units may not be available due to limited production quantities.
