Production Knives

Our production knives come with a limited 2-year warranty that covers any flaws in materials or craftsmanship from the day you receive the knife. Please note that this warranty does not apply to cases of misuse, abuse, or modifications. Any modifications or attempted repairs will void the warranty. We will carefully inspect the knife in person and make the final decision regarding warranty claims.

Additionally, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive the knife. Refunds will only be issued for knives that are in "new condition" after inspection. Please be aware that there is a 10% restocking fee for returns, which helps cover fees incurred during the sale of the knife, such as payment processing and taxes.

It's important to keep in mind that our production knives are part of limited runs, and replacements may not always be available.

Pre Order

Upon entering the preorder, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that no refunds or cancellations will be permitted once manufacturing commences. Once the knives are delivered, I will honor the 14-day return policy as stated above. Returns require prior communication with HGD. Only items determined to be defective following a thorough HGD inspection are eligible for return or replacement at our expense.

Deposits

Knives purchased with a 50% deposit option will receive an email containing a link to purchase listing 2 of 2 and complete your order. The second listing will be promptly posted to website after the initial pre-order and must be purchased to finalize your order and receive knife.

High Grain Designs cannot be held accountable for any personal or property damages resulting from the improper use of our products.
